As a Sales Consultant, you will be a pivotal part of our sales team, supporting strategic initiatives and helping to build strong client relationships. Responsibilities
- Support Sales Strategies:
Assist the sales team in executing sales strategies, identifying new opportunities, and maintaining long-term client relationships. - Client Support:
Act as a primary contact for clients, managing daily communications and ensuring their needs are met efficiently. - Cross-Team Collaboration:
Work closely with Client Support and Product teams to align efforts and maintain a cohesive approach towards meeting client needs and business goals. - Market Trend Analysis:
Stay informed on the latest developments in the CDN and tech sectors to provide valuable insights that help the team remain competitive. - Data Tracking Reporting:
Collect and analyze sales data, identify trends, and present findings to assist the team in making data-driven decisions.
Qualifications
- Tech-Savvy:
Familiarity with technology, particularly in the CDN or cloud services space, and the ability to quickly grasp and respond to client requirements. - Strategic Support:
Previous experience in supporting or developing sales and marketing strategies, with a knack for identifying areas of improvement. - Strong Communicator:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams. - Data-Driven:
Proficient in analyzing sales data, recognizing patterns, and leveraging insights to support informed business decisions.
